Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. This is a legal agreement between you and cbaee.
1. General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the cbaee platform and its users. cbaee is an online casino and sports betting platform that provides services for users in Bangladesh.
These Terms are effective in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). From the moment you complete registration on our platform, these Terms become binding on you. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
cbaee may request identity verification at any time. KYC may be mandatory at the time of withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount. A copy of your National ID (NID) or valid passport may be required for verification.
3.3 Account Security
Keep your login details completely confidential. Notify our support team immediately about any unauthorized access to your account. Transferring or sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- Deposits must be made only from an account registered in your own name.
- Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
- After a successful deposit, funds will be added to your cbaee account immediately.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- The withdrawal process generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours to complete.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- cbaee reserves the right to hold withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus or promotional conditions have not been met.
5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
cbaee provides various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its users. These bonuses come with specific conditions that must be fulfilled.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times (15x).
- The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.
- The wagering weight for specific games may vary while a bonus is active.
- The conditions must be fulfilled within a set time from the date the bonus is activated.
5.2 General Terms for Bonuses
- Each bonus offer can be used only once.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited.
- cbaee reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- The specific terms of each bonus offer will be published at the time of the promotion and those terms are final.

6.1 Game Results

6.2 Betting Limits

6.3 Technical Errors
If a game remains incomplete or incorrect results are displayed due to a technical error, cbaee reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wagered amount. cbaee is not obligated to pay out incorrect winnings displayed due to a technical error.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbaee platform. If any such activity is identified, the account will be immediately cancelled and legal action may be taken:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Using a false identity or another person's identity.
- Using bots, scripts or automated software.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Bonus fraud or abuse.
- Collusion or coordination with other players.
- Disrupting the normal operation of the platform.
- Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
8. Limitation of Liability
cbaee provides its services on an "as is" basis. cbaee's liability is limited in the following areas:
- Losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
- Failure of third-party software or services.
- Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
- Problems with the user's own device or connection.
- Cyber attacks or unauthorized access by third parties.

10. Account Closure and Suspension
Either party may close an account at any time.
10.1 Closure by the User
If you wish to close your account, contact our 24/7 live chat support. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account. If bonus conditions have not been met, that bonus balance will be cancelled.
10.2 Closure or Suspension by cbaee
In the event of a violation of the Terms, fraud, or prohibited activities described in Section 7, cbaee may immediately close or suspend an account. In such cases, the balance and winnings may be forfeited.

11. Dispute Resolution Process
If you disagree with any decision made by cbaee, please follow the steps below:

cbaee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
